What type of artwork do I need to send?
Vector artwork created with (Adobe Illustrator) works best for digitizing embroidery
designs.
Other forms of artwork include gif/jpeg/clipart and other raster based forms.
Artwork other than vector based may need to be re-drawn or simplified for digitizing
purposes.

What is digitizing?
Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into embroidery stitches. This is
done by importing the image into the software and assigning stitches and thread
colors to create the design. Vector images work best for this type of conversion.
Raster based images usually have to be reworked or re-drawn in order to
transform it to an embroidery design.
There is no digitizing fee for text.
Simple artwork may qualify for free Digitizing.
Depending on the complexity of the design, either vector or raster artwork, a
digitizing fee may be added. We will give you a free quote.

Specials and closeouts:
From time to time we have special offers or closeouts of excess inventory. We will post upcoming specials and
sale items on the specials page of the website.
Do I have to provide my own artwork or design?
You do not have to provide your own design. We have an extensive database of design providers where we
order our designs from. Just give us an idea of what you are looking for and we will do a search for designs
in those categories.
Using stock designs saves you money as the designs are already digitized. If we already have the design in
our catalog there will be no charge. If we purchase the design from our suppliers a small fee will be added to
the total cost. We will inform you of any charges up front.
When looking for designs be as specific as possible: (Cocker Spaniels, Parakeets, Roses, etc.)
Design search:
Do I have to place a minimum order?
We specialize in small orders. Clothing/apparel requires a minimum order of 5 pieces.
You are free to have different designs/text on each garment at no extra charge.
We offer services for small business, and groups/organizations (bands, clubs, family reunions, etc.).
Focusing on small orders allows our customers to order only the quantities they need. This helps eliminate excess
inventory and helps keep their expenses down.
Most embroidery businesses require minimum orders of at least 25-50 or more. Doing fewer items is not profitable
for their operation. By allowing you to order what you need when you need it is our goal.
We want to be your premier source for embroidered apparel, caps and more.
When will I receive my order?
Depending on our workload, orders of 25-50 items may take 2-3 weeks to complete. We will let you know at
the time of your order the guaranteed completion date
Will any design work with any fabric?
No not all designs will work on all fabric types.
Dense designs on light weight fabric will cause the shirt to pucker and may be uncomfortable to wear.
Caps designs are limited in size to approximately 2.25H" X 5W".
Lower stitch counts work best on light weight fabrics.
Heavy weight fabrics can withstand most any design.

Return/refund Policy:
All returns must have a (Return Authorization #)
This can be obtained via this email: customerservice@ozarkthreadworks.com
This number must be written legibly on the front of the box/package.
Returns without the authorization # will not be accepted and returned to the customer.
Personalized items can not be returned or refunded.
Before we sew out any design we will email a sample for customer approval.
We will gladly exchange damaged merchandise for the same item and design only.
Shirt prices:
Clothing prices listed on our website are pre-embroidery prices.
Discounts are given based on the following:
* Choose up to a $20 embroidery design and receive 33% discount on items.
* Choose a $20-$35 embroidery design and receive 40% discount on items.
* Choose a $35 or more embroidery design and receive 50% discount on items.

Do you ship outside the U.S.A?
We do not ship outside the continental U.S.A
We can not embroider (copyrighted, licensed or trademarked designs or logos)
I.E. Coca Cola, Harley Davidson, Microsoft, Nike, etc.
If we have any questions concerning artwork submitted, you may be asked to
provide a letter of authorization from the company or business the work is being
done for.
